Stress, sleep, work performance and mental health. Why? They are fundamental (and fundamentally linked!) to the success of our every day lives. Addressing them helps my mission - to make a real difference for you in the real world.
And if you get them right? They also spill over into all aspects of our life.
I help you challenge and change your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I help you sleep better, stress less and perform better, be more productive, happier and healthier. And to top it off, I am a bit of a self development nut so I can help you there too!
Do I practice what I teach?
In a word, yes.
All the help and techniques I use, I have done/experienced myself. They have helped me be fitter, healthier, more productive and most importantly - happier. And they can do this for you too.
I believe in living what you teach, not just preaching!
