Free Mental Health Support - Short Podcasts


My free '5 Minute Mindset' is a series of short podcasts recorded in Bath and designed to give you quick access to better mental, and by consequence physical, health.

They explore common problems - from cultivating healthy mindsets to letting thoughts go to dealing with mornings (!).

Each podcast is designed to be short and easy to access on the go. They summarise 3 simple take-away’s before going into a short explanation of the issue and then recapping those 3 simple and practical take-away’s that you can action easily and immediately.

They are not designed to cover every aspect of a topic but to give a taste and, more importantly not overwhelm with information which is so often a barrier to putting things into practice.

The first recording, Letting Thoughts Go, similar to something that I have used with my clients. It helps you to get into a much more relaxed frame of mind and lean to turn off thoughts, or rather let them drift off, leaving you feeling even more relaxed and in control of your thoughts.

If you are stressed - I urge you to try it out. Just find a quiet room for 10 minutes of so of ‘me time’.
